Founded Improvements was created to provide concrete services with a higher level of attention to planning, communication, and surrounding property conditions. The company was founded in April 2018 by Efrain Belmonte, who began working in the concrete industry in 2016 as a general laborer. Through hands-on field work and time spent on the sales and project coordination side of the industry, he gained a full view of how concrete projects succeed or fail.

After years of experience working across residential and commercial projects, Efrain started Founded Improvements to offer a more thoughtful approach to concrete work. Today, we serve homeowners and businesses throughout North Richland Hills, TX, and a wide portion of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, and surrounding cities.

Our work focuses heavily on residential concrete flatwork such as driveways, patios, and walkways due to their ability to be completed efficiently without sacrificing preparation.
